| Production Manager |
• 5-10 years manufacturing experience • business degree or manufacturing engineering degree (preferred but not required) • strong leadership ability to lead a team of 12 supervisors with approximately 120 employees |
| Design Engineer |
• must be able to create working drawings - components and assemblies • familiar with: shop operations, working with welding steels from 16 gauge to plate steel up to 1/2 thick and structural steel tubing, assembly methods for moderate volume products (5-50 per day) in assembly line process • experience with electrical design for 12/24 volt DC automotive style systems, 110/240 volt single-phase AC 50/60 Hz, 480 volt 3-phase AC 50/60 Hz • Education: minimum 2 year associate's degree in drafting, design, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering • minimum 1 year experience with 3D CAD, preferably with Solid Works |
